Shipping FAQ

Orders placed on our EU website are shipped to most countries within the European Union. We currently deliver to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We currently do not ship to the following areas:

  1. EU overseas territories and special regions outside standard courier coverage
  2. Islands and remote regions not supported by our logistics partners
  3. Military / Armed Forces addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

Usually 3-7 business days.

Your order will be shipped either by the warehousing company that we directly cooperate with or by Amazon.

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Click "Track Order Status" to track your order.

When the courier finds that you are not at home or cannot get in touch with you, they may put your package in your mailbox, front desk, mail room, or your neighbor's house. Check the above places or ask your neighbors and anyone you might live with to see if the package was dropped off to them.

Your package may be returned to the original sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please contact the EU Team and provide us with the correct shipping address and we will arrange a replacement for you.
